Good afternoon All
I thought I’d drop my and give you all an update on what I have been doing and how all my clients are doing ?
Well for one, 10 of us have signed up for a 12k Military Style Mud Run in August, and there are still places left so anyone in the Billericay / Basildon area that fancy it please shout.
We are also in training for the 10 miler at the end of the month and the half marathon in March. With the weather being so lovely both Saturday and Sunday mornings, we were all out getting those miles in and enjoying the feeling of sun rather than rain.
I put a few people through their paces over the weekend, with one client wondering what she had done ? I was trying a few new moves out on her and she really enjoyed it.
It was also great to see people achieving this weekend, whether that being, willpower with friends or completing that extra circuit in the gym or park, they were all achieving ?
So for this week i have a few clients that I think we need some extra support, we need to remember that while we may want to be good or get that session in the gym completed, the world does not always work with us and we need our friends and trainers to help us out.
