26 Jan It has been an age
It has been ages since I last posted, so much happened and so much as changed that I don’t know where to start.
My clients and my runners have come on so well, achieving more than I could ever have hoped for ? My business is growing and expanding, I have two new amazing classes and 2 new amazing programmes, for all my clients and you out there that have yet to sign up.
So if you are interested in bootcamp or yoga you know where to come.
But this is not what I want to talk about, I want to take about the start, the start of a new year and new thoughts. This year I want to do more than I say to others, I have set myself some targets, because how can I tell other people what to do, if I am not doing the same?
So, February is the London 10K, March the Brentwood Half, April the 10K Obstacle Run, May the Rat Race & June the Welsh Trail Half, I haven’t managed to book anything else!!
So I have my targets, my goals, now for the training. I’ve booked my time out in my diary, Tuesdays and Saturdays with the running club, Wednesday mornings are my long runs, leaving a flexible Sunday morning. Tuesdays are also weight, Thursday are weights and Yoga, Fridays are bootcamp! Training sorted (I just have to go!!!)
The next thing is food, now I know what I SHOULD eat but most of us do, its the doing that is the problem. But I am getting there, protein shake in the morning, oats for breakfast, protein for lunch, fruit and yoghurt in the afternoon, and so on.
So watch this space for my progress, see how a Personal Training gets things done. Learn the DO’s and the DON’Ts, join in the challenges and let me know how you are all getting on, sharing is a great way of learning.
